A Lucky 11 descended upon Mary to see what Saab would offer after a long hiatus from the Q sheet. 7 Northeasters eased into the gloom for a full body workout. This is how that happened: Warmup with parking lot tracers and a pretty standard COP. Warmup them muscles, then start using them. There’s a first time for everything… first Q, and first time the PAX did more burpees than miles on a Spider Run day.
