Splinter gets the Q because it was his idea. The order of the pax entering KK2 are in the pax list. F3RVA Nantan, Gomer Pyle, cringed when he walked in KK2. Apparently, there are better places to pay for and drink overpriced beer (eye roll). Only one half of a beer was spilled ($5 lost). Honeydo had, by far, the most interesting stories. Thanks for coming out! Kubota

…was the last time there was an official Roller Coaster workout with a Backblast. Lots of loops and lots of heat and humidity. The thunder rolled but the rains never came to cool us off. Enjoyed it, men!

Five River Rats hit the currents of the James River for a HDHH paddle-extravaganza. After a couple of the boats were weighted down with coolers, the trek began. Upriver to the Bosher Dam, hang out at the island near the dam for a few. Try to figure out how the Willey Bridge was built and whether or not the pilings were leaning to the North. Search around for Gomer’s sunglasses, which were not to be found. Circle the island and head back downriver, while watching an eagle swoop down and grab a meal out of the water. Could it be…

Three runners of varying speed posted for some miles before beers where several other PAX members met up at the Answer. No partial credit awarded to GP who announced the HDHH and then had to pass off because of work. Big thanks for Soul Train for stepping up and taking the Q to make sure this HDHH happened. Topics after the run centered around the Beer Mile, including Handshake’s 2021 RVA beer mile title. Faceplant was looking to nudge the PAX up to the 30/30/30 challenge but no takers. Announcements: West End lunch group resumes starting next Tuesday. Let Gypsy…

10 or so PAX posted to run the hills around Casa Honeydo. Blazing hot and humid had most pax running shirtless which caused several west-end milfs driving their standard issue Tahoes to almost swerve off the road. Some did 2 loops, some 3, and a few more. A few smarter Pax avoided the run altogether and enjoyed the 2nd F. Afterwards ample quantities of Salsa, Sausuage dip, and beers were consumed although not in that order. Rumors that this would not qualify as a valid HDHH were quashed when Lockjaw appeared making it official. Lots of good 2nd F and…
