The Wednesday June 19th Roller Coaster hill run will launch from the parking lot behind Palani Drive (401 Libbie Avenue). We will meet in the parking lot and have a hard start at 6PM. We will then run up and down some nearby hills and then retreat back to Palani Drive for HDHH! If you cannot make the run, please join us at the restaurant. Runners should be back by 6:45PM or so. There is outdoor seating at Palani Drive, which will be key for those that do not smell the best after a run. This will be good training for…

YHC thought that it was just going to be he and TYA for the Roller Coaster run this evening, but as YHC pulled into the parking lot behind Palani Drive, he was happy to see Posh already parked and ready to go. Not far behind, Ronnie showed up ready to go and then, the man himself, TYA pulled in and met us at the corner ready to start, except, his running shorts were on inside-out. Now, if you don’t already know, TYA has some challenges with running attire. Well, this attire looked like Florence Griffith Joyner with her underwear outside…

Complete as many hill repeats as you like. Mosey back to Palani Drive. Apologies to Upchuck. He didn’t realize we were meeting behind the restaurant and didn’t see us when we took off. The idea has been batted around and announced in COTs but YHC decided to make it official by posting a Pre-Blast. HDHH Wednesday 12/19 at Capital Ale House in Midlothian.  5:30 pm until ?  Come share some Christmas spirit(s) and 2nd F.  No 1st F associated with this one, show up and join in the fun if you can. Word is this may conflict with Hardywood’s 2.0 book signing but for those of you crossing the river for that experience, you might as well make your way over for a drink.

6 thirsty, hungry, wet and smelly PAX and 4 dry and well dressed PAX converged on Kuba Kuba Dos for the latest installment of HDHH. We were seated at the big table in the middle of the restaurant so everyone could smell and hear us.  Beers were drunk and food was eaten.  Lots of talk about recent naming of FNG’s and some talk about the upcoming BRR.  Someone (I think Saab) noticed that Lockjaw had just finished a Falcon Smash and there were some perfect foam lines about a 1/4 inch apart around his glass.  Someone (Saab) commented that the…
