Seven strong PAX for a beatdown and 4 walkers took off at 5:30 on their various routes. The bootcampers did: COP: Invisible Jumprope, Don Qs, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Flutterkicks, Donkey Kicks. Mosey to Triple check spot for just that: Carolina Dry Docks, Donkey Kicks, run to fence & back. Then over to field for 11s on the soccer field. Exercises were: HRMs and WWIIs.
