Hell, I don’t know, it’s close to all three so here we go. Opus AND Spike showed up to ruin my RomCom moment of sob singing Happy Birthday to Me while holding a cupcake with a candle in it (you know, right before the awkward guy gets in to the popular group or hooks up with a girl waaay out of his league…..think Pitch Perfect). Yes, it’s also my F3 anniversary some time around here….and during one of my anniversary Q’s was Swiper’s first posting. It’s all crammed in there together. May as well celebrate with a Tabata. We did…

A duo of well dressed brogiis took to the No Toll Courts for Broga Flow session. The always velvety voice of Adai led us through a variety of flexible poses including the popular “pigeon”. Deep breathing and good work on the hip flexors was much appreciated ending up in the relaxing shavacena (you don’t know unless you know). Although the morning comes earlier, certainly worth taking the time to stretch before the No Toll beatdown. Great to catch up with Chap.

We had a nice route through Westham.

We ran around Mary. Watch the traffic circles.

Five Punisher regulars bathed in cooler weathers and a full moon to finish the last workout of the first day of the week. Off to the field for COP under the mighty oak. The trees know that it is officially Fall and the acorns are aplenty. Sliding on acorns, tossing acorns and all around revelry involving acorns. Exercises included Helicopters, Don Quixote, Dead Man Hang, Russian Soldiers, and Imperial Walkers. Over to the front of the school for a derivative of the Red Barchetta, which YHC will call AbSplosion. 10% of the way down the field for 10 HRM and…

It was a cool 72 degrees on Satan’s Hill which brought out some PAX cold weather gear. YHC posed the question If you wear it now what are you going to do when it gets cold? A PAX of 8 was ready to take on the hill. At first YHC was the lone NM representative. Parker came rolling in as we started COP. COP 20 each: SSH’s, LBC’s, 10 each: DQ, Imperial walkers, Hillbillies, Jazzercise, Helicopters, Merkins, Flutters, Dollies. The Thang: Grab a coupon. Round 1: 11’s with coupon combo curl/press at bottom of lot and incline merkins on top.…

YHC arrived to see two PAX members ready and eleven more followed. The shovel flag was placed and the mumblechatter lead to no official Q so a hot potato was announced and you know the drill. YHC took lead at 0600….mosey to ampitheater. COT-some exercises and of course, YHC goofed one exercise. YHC quickly called 11’s. Up the ampitheater and down, alternating from dips and merkins. Q given to Helix. Helix called a ring of fire with V ups and holding 6 inches while waiting your turn. Q handed to GP GP took us to rust cage, using our nightvision…
