Three strong gathered at the Source of Truth for an upper body beatdown.  For the record, the temp was a cool (sic) 71 degrees with a nice crisp 100% humidity.  Perfect weather for the final day of September. It was another truly beautiful morning in RVA, but we weren’t in RVA.  We were South of the Border at Source of Truth for nothing but ciabatta style circuits for the entire workout.  6 posted for something totally different than BT’s Old Glory or Grizzly’s scavenger hunt of pain. Last September 20, twenty-four men posted for the first F3 RVA workout – the GridIron – at Pouncey Tract Park.  For most it was our RedPill Workout. Less than a year later: there are F3 RVA workouts each day of the week; there are events where the men of F3 RVA come together as a team and do things a year ago they would have thought not possible; and there exist genuine friendships formed as Iron Sharpens Iron.
