Circus Maximus had 6 today for some warm-up exercises from the Wall Street Journal and some KB exercises I found on the internet, plus a few oldies. A dozen PAX converged at Huguenot High School for the latest round of The FORGE. YHC was celebrating 3 years in the group! 10 strong pax members arrived for the regularly scheduled programming – although one normally punctual pax member moseyed in a couple of minutes late. A YHC was greeted with five brave men this morning and we took a little field trip as follows: Moseyed to the square near Police Memorial Way for COP. Due to the popular demand, YHC led a good stretching exercises: Dead man hang, tippy toes with hands in the air, left and right side stretches with hands in the air, right arm stretch with left arm pulling and switch sides, leg stretches, etc. Moseyed to the tennis court near the lake. Started with the normal warm ups near the track and quickly realized it was time to put the hurt on the guys! We headed down the trails at the end of the school to find the new pass through road being built. At this point we declared the top and the bottom of the hill so we could start in on the fun.
