YHC decided to post at the Anvil this morning as he had an early morning commitment immediately following the run. It was rainy and a cool 69 degrees for this morning’s run and we decided to do the Farm house loop and return through Taylor farms and cross over the the access road to CMS run in front of Atlee to log in 4.3 miles at a sub 8.22/minute mile. Three O-ish Gs rolled up to Bettie Weaver for some roadwork, and here’s how it went: 4 mi: up Twin Team, right on Ellesmere, left around the Powderham loop, left on Ellesmere to E Brigstock, Mt Hill loop and BTTF. Numbers, names, YHC took us out. NMMS: it was great to have Wedding Singer out with us pushing through while he’s on the mend.

Five men braved the near perfect temperatures at Satan’s Hill to push themselves just a little.
