YHC was told recently that OTB was a running AO. Funny thing about that is runners need to actually show up to make it a running AO. So walking counts! 4.38 miles in just over an hour. Well done fellas and enjoyed the conversations. Great way to end a week of brutal workouts.

After star gazing for a while hoping the Q would show up Rounders, Yardsale and Trout ventured out on their own hot potatoe. Yardsale lead the COP with arm circles, pushups and abs.
