For posterity: Four posted for the final Punisher in August – backyard brick edition. Warm up in the parking lot, and in the rain, with some of the usual. Grabbed two red bricks each from stack in the back of YHC’s vehicle and moseyed to the concrete under the awning adjacent to LHES. Brick-burdened exercises followed: Jack Webb with Merkins and Shoulder Presses, several rounds of LBCs, Curls, Pullovers, and so on. COT and YHC took us out.

Seven gathered for last week’s Punisher. Mosey to the westside lawn for COP with SSHs, Helicopters, DQs, Russian Soldiers, IWs, and Arm Circles. Bear crawl to the nearby outdoor classroom for Elevens with Dips and Step Ups (two count – each leg). Resume mosey around the school to the bus loop on the east end of the property for an eight minute EMOM – with curb-Incline Carolina Dry Docks on the odd minute (shoot for 25 or 30) and Reverse Lunges on the even minute (about 15 per leg) – rest for the remainder of the minute. Jog into the…

5 men arrived intent on conquering the day. 3 were aware the IRON PAX Challenge week 3 was the planned workout for the day. The 2 that were not still stayed. We all completed the challenge. This was two times completing the IRON PAX Challenge this week for Tobit and Bullseye! NMM Music for the day was YHC’s Ultimate Tailgate Mix. 17 came to NoToll on Tuesday. We did the Iron PAX challenge. We all pushed each other to be better! We listened to music: that days playlist was YHC’s running mix. Apparently that means electronic music. Welcome to Club Boberry.

A fearless five ran off into the gloom on a cool and quiet morning in another installment of breakfast club. Total distance including DogPile is 6 miles. NMS – one car on the entire outbound route allowed the PAX to spread out along the roads – quite nice on a cool morning. Some discussion of the merits of a fitness device.

Weather was predicted to be cold, dark and wet this morning. Luckily the prediction was wrong, as it was 70 degrees and sunny. 6am hit and we were off! Mosey to the Corelion cul de sac for welcome to F3 and disclaimer. Side Straddle Hop, Don Quixote, Russian Soldiers, Collard Pickers, LBC, Hello Dolly, Rosalita, and WW2. My grandfather Cecil King as a member of the 104th Infantry landed in France and remained there for 200 days until VE Day. Partner up. One…

3 men showed up to ‘run’ around and workout on a rainy Friday morning. The Thang Slowsey to blacktop for COP, SSH, helicopters, DQ, LBC’s, Imperial walkers. Slowsey to parking lot for 4 corners. YHC stole this version from Gypsy. Start in middle of parking lot, 10 SSH, run to first corner of lot, 40 calf raises, return to middle for another 10 SSH, second corner – 40 sumo squats, third corner – 40 toe taps, fourth corner-40 flutter kicks. Mosey to middle of school, partner up, nobody wanted to be Mudface’s partner so he went solo. Switch off between…

6 hunters ran off into the gloom to find some trail magic on a perfect cool morning. Easy bro code run 5.4mi. Handshake took us out. Old Prescott, Glen Eagles, Shire, Old Pump, Sunrise, Clary Preston, Church, JRP, Ridgefield. For you future Qs: Cut out all the loops and this is a good base route for 3 mile challenges as well – easy extensions to 4, 5, 6, 7, etc. No traffic on Old Prescott and Glen Eagles. Also all routes are posted in the BB. Excuses. NMS – we created some new suburban dictionary entries today but found no…

Rolling down to the AO this morning thoughts crossed my head of being a solo PAX. Rainy and wet along with many Paxers wearing themselves out on IPC. YHC was happy to spot Wilson emerging from his garage to join me. If Nancy fell in the woods would anyone hear it. Yes Wilson would! COP We did some warm-ups The thang: We worked hard and the workout is between Wilson and I but sweat was made. YHC took us out. Thanks Wilson for joining this AM.

A lucky 13 converged for some mileage in the Fan. It was great to see everyone and catch up. Weather was perfect this morning for running. Labrat took us out.
