Mosey to the grass field and begin a blended Bearimeter with Four Corners and a few pit stops in between. 50 x Imaginary Jump Ropes in the closest corner. Crawl Bear to mid field for 1/2 of a 1st and 10 – 10 Merkins and 1 Burpee at the 10 yard line, run to the 50 and back to the 20 yard line for 9 and 2. Continue to the 50 and return to the goal…
