One last Iron Pax challenge to finish off September. Six noble warriors muscled through MaryAnne’s Abbrievated Mayhem. Here is how it went down: Exercises done in sets of 25 reps, run 25 yards and do 3 burpees before returning for the next set of reps. A fearless five took on the 3rd weekly installment of IronPax challenge. No COP, got right to it: Round 1: 50 Kracken Burpees, running length of field every 2 minutes. Run a lap after done.
