It was a typical morning pre-workout. Either white lightning or grey Hyundai were speeding to scoop up the PAX and on que a passenger asks “Who is Q?” Nancy Lopez said “some dude named Toga.” YHC perked up and was thankful he brought a towel, as a visit from the legend we know as Toga would not only whip us into shape, but require a towel at the end. But to YHC dissapointment, it would appear some ASSHAT put Togas name down on the sheetor we have named someone Toga (if that is the case – I submit a petition…

A faithful 4 and a long lost traveler from Powhatan made their way to Timberwolf. It may have been 70 and sunny in our hearts but it was dark and foggy at TCMS. With no lights and what seemed like zero visibility at the track, YHC made a few location modifications. Here’s what went down: Mosey to the basketball court. COP: SSHs, Imperial Walkers, DQs, Cherry Pickers, Russian Soldiers Doracides: Partner up (with a PAX of 5, YHC joined a duo). One partner does suicides while the other performs an exercise. 100 merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 squats. Mosey to the…

Did my Birthday Q a week late because of the ice last week. 11 showed for it. Here’s what went down. Warm-up Brought my bluetooth speaker to play only songs from 1986 (sorry Wilson that you missed it). Seriously about half of the songs have been turned into State Farm commercials but 1986 definitely produced some hits. With Beastie Boys playing in the background we started a horse shoe. From one side of the parking lot run around the bus and back to the other side and add on to each exercise each time. 5 Merkins, 10 WWII’s, 15 squats,…

YHC emerged from Rosetta’s sleigh to full parking lot at Timberwolf, not common here in the depth of winter. The PAX welcomed Rockport a just moved to Midlo recruit who completed several workouts in NOVA. With the clock striking the bottom of the hour YHC called for a mosey to front parking lot. COP SSH’s 30. Note in middle of count YHC started laughing reliving the disagreement he had with his M the night prior regarding Herme’s real name until he changed it. That sparked a spirited mumble chatter that lasted throughout the workout. 10 each: DQ’s, IW’s, Deadman hang,…

YHC rolled into Timberwolf right at the bell for a little fun in the snow. 6 PAX awaited. YHC considered why we did not stay on Satan’s Hill but alas Boberry would have been lonely. YHC was surprised it was snowing considering it was 70 degrees. Nonetheless according to the brave cafeteria workers who arrived here is what went down. Mosey to front lot for COP. COP: 50 SSH, 10 each DQ’s, Cherry pickers, Deadman hangs, IW’s, Russian soldiers, Hillbillies, helicopters, arm circles x2x20 and a few more stretches just to make the PAX limber. The thang all sorts of…
