Just a couple of dudes stretching out at 5am on the basketball court. We did a full body routine including the newly named Super Pigeon. We missed Brogi Master Last Call, but were able to power through nonetheless.

6 gentlemen of the morning arrived early for some exercises to limber the mind along with the body. Many still resisted the push for the new F3 sponsored Broga mats (reasonably priced at $249.99 plus S & H) but all attendees were well prepared with individual padding. Today was a concentration on shoulders, back and legs with an extended shavasana finale. Good call by Handshake to relocate further down the parking lot to avoid the headlights interrupting the final shavasana/naptime. Looks like the location will remain for the foreseeable future. Hot Potato Broga planned for next week so plan accordingly.

A pair of Broga Veterans woke earlier than most to limber up before the No Toll beatdown. YHC worked shoulders, back, hips and legs before the always enjoyable shavasana. It was great to have Chaplain join in Broga again and YHC enjoyed hearing about his adventures in coaching youth football, even participating in some line preparations. Pushing around 12 year olds is different now, as those kids push back. Enjoyed the company on this great morning.

A quintet of early rising brogiis came out of the gloom to work out the kinks. Conditions could not have been more ideal for early morning broga with cool temps and clear skies. Concentrated areas included shoulders, back, hips and hammys. Elongated shavasana was well received. Groans were a plenty especially during shoulder work.

4.58 and it was looking like a lonely broga morning for YHC only for Oyster to save the solo stretch to gather a double for the day and chip away at Hutton in BD points. Hamstrings and hips were focal point of the day in anticipation of the upcoming Old Glory. Well done.

4 Early Rising Brojiis turned into 6 before long to see what YHC was serving for the opening leg of the double header Q. Hutton came prepared with a new mat that was the envy of others that only brought towels. Worked back, shoulders, hamstrings and hips. Great turnout giving OG Broga at No Toll a run for the money.

A pair of Broga regulars arrived at the sauna of No Toll for a few moans and groans before the epic OC beatdown. YHC led in some new positions including some shoulder work that was HP approved followed by a sitting pigeon that was not so much. All in all a good session in the August stillness. Enjoyed the comradery with House Party.

Three hombres traveled from vast lands and arrived early for the calm before the storm. Concentrated areas consisted of shoulders, hips, hamstrings and back. Doublemint is becoming a pigeon fan while House Party seemed to enjoy all aspects. Great company. Speedy recovery for Doublemint.

A pair of a pair woke early to discover the overnight dampness that had descended upon Tuckahoe. Conditions were not conducive for our normal location so we ventured off campus to the echoed coverings of River Road Baptist. Upchuck duly noted the operational sprinklers on the journey. Broga commenced with particular attention to shoulders, hips and hamstrings. Towels did not provide the required protection for Hutton and groans were a bit louder than normal but Shavasana and Pigeon always come thru as crowd pleasers before the ensuing beatdown by Upchuck. Well done fellas.

That was Handshake’s text to YHC this morning before the departure from the fartsack on this humid, 75 degree morning. We were joined by two more Broga enthusiasts(?) for YHC’s Broga VQ. Also, it was Handshake’s first Broga post, which I’m sure won’t be his last(?) We worked most of the body, but for some reason, YHC focused on the groin area more than any other area. Shavasna was nice at the end until the sound of car’s mufflers entering the parking lot disturbed the mood. Well done, all! Thanks for letting me lead. Kubota
