A four pack of Brogi regulars escaped the clutches of the long weekend fartsack for some pre Doozy beatdown Broga. No advanced notification was given but these fine studs were ready and waiting for the 5 am call. Today we worked hips, shoulders, back and legs. Great morning to release some of the holiday stress and enjoy comfortable temps. See you boys same time next week.

A quartet of fine, flexible specimen took to the courts of No Toll to bend, flex, and ease into the morning like a warm cup of soup. The conditions were ideal for Broga as we worked on hips, shoulders, back and hamstrings. House Party is jumping into F3 full force and commented on the ever popular pigeon pose. Enjoyed having the regulars in Chaplain and Oyster. Great work gents before the painful VQ that followed.

A foursome of Broga regulars were joined by a traveler from across the river that must have broken down overnight. Todays stretching emphasized the hips and hamstrings with a small mixture of the back in effort to rehab a recent injury. New variation of the pigeon was created that YHC will plan to bring this again. Shiplap seems to have recovered from his relocation, although his TV did not survive the journey. Good to have Hutton join us this morning and hope he returns to keep Big Data pressure on Oyster. Good time this morning gents.

The usual suspects arrived early for a bit of calm before an epic Doozy beatdown. Conditions were ideal for warrior, child pose and the always popular pigeon. Strong work this morning gents. Really enjoyed the company. Great work boys.

The regular quartet of Brogiis arrived early for some pre Doozy Beatdown Broga. Conditions were cooler then expected but the air was crisp and clean. Hips and Hamstrings were the focus of the day with a quick blend of shoulders. Some light maintenance was needed on the damp courts of No Toll, so YHC arrived early with blower in tow to ensure the conditions were primo and no slippage occurred. All good with muscles feeling good to start the day. Thank you all for joining me on the cooler than normal day. Off the Books Kettlebell scheduled for Sunday. See…

A quartet of Broga Veterans rose to the occasion earlier than most in order to limber up before Gumbo’s Old Glory Beatdown at No Toll. Pollen was thick my friends as we worked the hip flexors, hamstrings and shoulders. Conditions were ideal with only minor groans heard.

A trio of Broga regulars welcomed a rookie into the Broga family for everyone to earn double points on their Capital One Venture cards. Here is what was in our wallets. Upper body work was the call of the day. Shoulders and chest followed by the always popular pigeon pose to work the hips and hamstrings. Cat/Cow and some downward dog to work the back muscles was also favored. Good to welcome Oyster as he prepares for his vacation. Safe travels and enjoy the beaches.

A trio of Broga regulars welcomed another rookie to pre Gumbo helping of Broga. That make 2 new rookies in 2 weeks for those counting. Working a variety of shoulders, hips and hamstrings before the Gumbo beatdown that immediately followed. Chaplain and I were happy to have Shiplap back after his maiden voyage last week along with Soul Train who is making his rounds on his first F3 week. Numbers are growing. Soon this Broga thing might catch on and prove the haters wrong.

2 Grizzled Brogi veterans and 1 New to the Broga grind arrived early to the courts of No Toll for some Broga Flow. This morning we concentrated on shoulders, hips and hamstrings before the Florence Spartan Beatdown. Good to have some Shiplap enjoy the stretch in the gloom as Chaplain has become a Broga master. Enjoy the day fellas.

YHC received a late night booty text from Chaplain to arrange a rendezvous at the mean courts of No Toll for some Broga before the Corned Beef beatdown. YHC was happy to oblige with the typical formations. Warrior and Pigeon are a typical personal favorite. 5 am seems to come earlier and earlier. Good to see Chaplain come and join.
