Five plus Annie showed up on Good Friday for a mixture of stuff! Runners ran around 5 miles and others did bootamp stuff. YHC started to think about what to write about in the backblast and while we just did a bunch of stuff, YHC remembered George Carlin and his stuff skit………..sooo funny. 530 Hit and off the New Market Pax went! A quick lap arounnd the hood and back down to the clubhouse! 4 gathered at a good 10′ distance for some quick stretching exercises before we hit the hood for some miles! Run to the back of the hood and from there we started burpees at every manhole we passed and increased from 1 too 2 at each. Total back and forth = 3miles and a butt load of burpees. Six men broke free from the fartsack to partake in something new..kinda.
