4 Warriors came out for a beautiful morning of exercise and togetherness (6ft apart). YHC with his 2.0 appeared first but Wilson and Hermie soon followed. All ran to AO so YHC skipped the Mosey and went straight to COP.
COP- 25 SSH’s, 10 DQ’s, 10 Jazzercise, 10 IW’s, 10 RS’s, 10 CHS’s, 10 Merkins, 10 WWII’s, 10 LBC’s, 10 Flutter, 10 Dollies, 10 Rosalita’s. At one point Dog pound start counting each 10 with Donkey and stated that is what they did on his cross country team. Seemed like a good idea and the PAX complied. Mosey up the hill for the start of the BIG 4 corners.
BIG 4 corners. .8 miles all the way around. Alternating 50 reps at each corner of exercises.

Round 2 25 merkins, 25 Carolina dry docks.

Mosey back to parking lot for parking lot tracers of Bernie, side shuffle.
2 rounds of 10 merkin ring of fire rounded out the hour.
YHC appreciates my 2.0 getting out there today and working hard. Wilson and Hermie gutted out all the running (logged at least a 5K). Appreciate letting me lead.
