PreBlast – Roller Coaster/HDHH 8/7/19 at Kuba Kuba Dos (5:30pm)

The Wednesday August 7th Roller Coaster hill run will launch from Kuba Kuba Dos (Tuckahoe Shopping Center). We will meet in the parking lot and have a hard start at 5:30PM. We will then run a nearby loop with hills in The River Road Hills neighborhood and then retreat back to the restaurant for HDHH! If you cannot make the run, please join us at the restaurant. Runners should be back by 6:15PM or so. This will be good training for BRR 2019 (the running part and the beer drinking part afterwards.) But the most certain thing is that if there is an HDHH scheduled in RVA, Lockjaw will be there! YHC and his 2.0’s took several warm pizzas over to Breaking Bread this evening. My kids were able to help serve dinner while engaging in conversation with some of the residents.
