The following is a short description of one of F3RVA’s service projects: Breaking Bread is a program by the Daily Planet and is located at the Medical Respite of Richmond which is located on Belt Blvd in Richmond’s Southside. F3RVA has been signed up for years to serve a hot meal, on every 4th Sunday of the month, to a group of 5 to 20 homeless individuals who are recovering…

What can be said about a group of brothers that wasn’t said last night around the ole camp fire?! The brotherhood we share was in full force this weekend at the Inaugural 1st Inaugural Retreat in Amelia. After Dogpile, we headed out to Amelia to begin the festivities. Wiffle ball, Birdie Ball, Frisbee, Lassoing, and an organized Corn Hole tournament were among the many field games available. Food and beverages were a plenty, and awaited all on arrival. Husky’s Lemonade Stand

14 strong attended some, all, or part of the 2nd Annual Husky’s Lemonade Stand Roller Coaster/HDHH workout. The order of arrivals are in the order of the PAX list. Of course, Swirly was first! 8 strong hit the hills of River Road Hills for a Roller Coaster one mile loop. Swirly, TYA, Rosie, Gomer Pyle and BT all got in 4 one mile loops.
