Once again the PAX of F3 Hampton Roads converged at #BearCountry to celebrate that fateful first feast from whence the idea of gathering around a table festooned with delectables and various fowl was first conceived. 22 PAX showed up for an memorable Anniversary/ Convergence at Stinkhill. It was a sight to see with all the PAX standing around conversing. Some meeting others for the first time. It was perfect example of what F3 was meant to be. Dreamliner stood in the middle and introduced himself and led the PAX in the warm-up: Side Straddle Hop, Shoulder Circles, Reverse Lunges, and Squats. Gents come out on November 9th for the 3rd Anniversary of F3 Hampton Roads. It will be held at Stinkhill, our Flagship AO, at 0700 hours. We will have a beatdown to remember followed by food and games. Families are always welcome to attend the food and games. It’s always a great time to meet other PAX we don’t normally workout with during the week. We will be reserving a shelter for the fellowship after.
