Next, we ambled to the trees lining the sidewalk to keep Oyster dry and content.
At each tree, we performed 10 deep squats, one merkin, and LBCs.
Returning to the parking lot, we formed a circle for a session of Mary (core exercises).

Despite playful banter about avoiding puddles, the Pax (group of participants) appeared to thoroughly enjoy the morning’s activities.
