A triple of Brogi regulars laid out their embroidered blankets and mats to enjoy some predawn stretching and breathing exercises. Todays efforts concentrated on shoulders, hips, hammys and back. Moans were audible but enjoyed. Deep relaxation was cut short with incoming clown car for SOJ takeover week. Good thing Bodos was not driving. Great work gents. Hope Hutton gets a nap sometime today.

A duo of Brogi regulaars took to the River Road Baptist overflow lot in the predawn hours to get limber. YHC arrived a bit early to ensure the conditions were clean, dry and pine cone free for the proper broga technique to be administered. According to Senor Frog who patiently watched from the safety of his vehicle, this is what went down. Standard Broga positions with emphasis on shoulders, back, hamstrings, glutes. Pigeon is always a crowd favorite with some Warrior poses mixed in along with Childs pose and plenty of tributes to Mrs. Fudd and Wilson. Good discussion finished…

A pair of Brojii veterans beat back the holiday fart sack to work out the kinks before a moist No Toll beatdown. Today we worked shoulders, back, hips, glutes and quads under the foliage coverage surrounding the No Toll courts. Good to have Chaplain come out in less than ideal conditions.

3 of the finest Brogi’s rose early to answer the call and limber up prior to the OC No Toll beatdown. Quads, hips, hamstrings, shoulders and back were emphasized this morning. Shavasana was extended due to the ideal conditions leading some to doze off with the cool breeze. Enjoy the day fellas, thanks for joining me.

A trio of Broga veterans emerged in the ideal No Toll conditions to limber up before the coupon laden Machismo beatdown. According to the stalker watching from the woods, these are the tales that were told. Good all around session that included work on the shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings and quads. Hindsight 20/20, more work on the shoulders were needed in preparation for what Machismo had in store. Good to have House Party join us this morning. Yeah, we did yoga. Up dog, down dog, three legged dog, and a bunch of other stuff. We also discovered why EF carries a bandanna.

A late night inquiry for Broga was what YHC needed to get the morning started right. Perfect conditions were on tap for a pair of Broga regulars to hit No Toll early. Chaplain called for hamstrings and hips to be the focus of todays’ routine and YHC happily obliged while throwing in some shoulders and back work as well. Pigeon is always a crowd favorite and no exception this morning. Thanks Chap for the encouragement to get up this morning.

A late call was made in the waning hours of the eve prior. 3 veteran brogiis heeded the call and eventually turning into a quartet. With intel on the upcoming workout, legs, hips and hamstrings were emphasized. Shoulders and back were worked into the mix as well. Mumble chatter is starting was strong for a broga session with a few passing tales of mixed variety that shalt not be mentioned. Great work this morning. Prayers for quality housekeeping to those regulars on current and upcoming travels.

Four stalwart brogiis enjoyed ideal conditions for some individualized stretching and pulling. Stretchy bands were incorporated along with variety of hip, hamstring and shoulder positions to work the body in all the needed places. A few moans and groans we audible to the surrounding wilderness, while good tales were told and times enjoyed. Great work gents.
