The Thang Run around the back of Hanover High School, front of Oak Knoll Middle School, right on Old Landsdown Rd, right on Fort Meyers Rd, run until it ends, turn around run back, another right on Old Landsdown, left on Patrick Henry Blvd, reverse at 301 all the way to the end of Patrick Henry and back to the flag for a nice 4.7 miles. Moleskin YHC has had some challenges lately with getting lost on runs. Today was going to be different. The weather was great, legs were tired and going to an AO for the first time…

11 Runners/Ruckers including one summer tourist arrived at Atlee HS for a change of pace day. Ruckers did their thing and YHC gave the option for the PAX to either run the 1.6 mile lap around the schools or get in some sprint work. 9 Monday Runners including one 2.0, got their week started with some miles. YHC had warned the PAX on FB the night before that we would be running the Rutland Loop. Down Atlee Rd, turn at the Bojangles ( Hustler met us there and Bulkhead was shortly after since the live in Rutland), then head onto Rutlandshire Dr then on the main road Combs Dr. 4 milers went to the end of Combs then back the same way. 5 milers turned into Cool Spring Forest where there was a Spike sighting. A dirty dozen Davillians start their week off with a rainy run/ruck. YHC called out the Kings Charter loop and off the PAX went. 5 Runners and 2 Ruckers including one summer tourist, arrived to get training for the Colonial started on the right foot. The main group of runners stayed together as completed the big loop around Honey Meadows with a few side routes taken for a total of 4.5 miles The Ruck group did their thing for around 3 miles The DaVille PAX has signed up to run the Colonial 70 in September. YHC and Mudface showed up late for TR.  Rucked 3 miles discussing possibilities of the new AO, The Anvil, which promises a lot of fun pain.  YHC noticed that workouts are now starting in the light, which is a welcome change.  As usual, I have No Idea what I’m doing.

2 Monday warriors rolled into the mist this morning to make Tomato run a thing after staying up to watch the Mother of Dragons drop the hammer down. Plan was an out and back 4 miles, but Lab Rat still cant find Hopkins Branch Way in the light so we ran an extra half mile. 3 Davillians decided to come out to enjoy the 70 and sunny Monday morning with some miles Mudface and No Idea arrived a little early and a little sore still from the Rugged Maniac this passed weekend. They gotten in a little over 3 miles. Congrats fellas on finishing on Saturday YHC who had been traveling all last week, was glad to be back and got in around 3.5 miles SPIT ON THAT!!

4 men shucked the fart sack and shod their feet to run or ruck their way to start the week. YHC and Mudface did our usual 3 miles under weight, while Spit and Lab Rat ran 3.5 miles. Creatures were out and about this morning, as Lab Rat (almost) ran over a possum, and a beaver ran away from YHC but not before startling us just a bit… As usual, I have No Idea what I’m doing.

4 Davillians were able to avoid the Easter hangover and to get their week started off with some miles 2 under weight got out early and did their normal route the school grounds and Honey Meadows for a total of just over a 5k Scrum and YHC headed out around the cross country trails, up to the Honey Meadow Estates, through the trails of the neighborhood, then headed back for 4.35 miles As always it was Sunny and 70 SPIT ON THAT!!
