Urban Farmhouse Midlothian

Five humans and one dog took the opportunity to get some exercise in during the break in rain. Two plus Annie ran (one 10 miles & one 7 miles). All walkers got 4.4 miles in. Honeymoon took off right as he returned – have a great vacation dude! The rest hung out for some really engaged conversation! Aisle 5 left and the conversation continued for a total of 2 hours.

Four studs arose from the fartsack to finish the week with a run or a walk. Three were dead set on walking and one was……debating. Aisle 5, Exit Row & YHC were planning on their 4.5 mile plan and Boberry was wavering and patiently waiting for more runners, but NONE showed up. Still convinced OTB should be re listed as a walking AO with running optional. At 6:01 Boberry was set on running and we all went off in our different directions. Walkers got in 4.5 miles (getting faster each week) and the SOLO runner logged 6 miles. Great job…

Five studs showed up to cap off a solid workout week with a 4.5 mile walk or 12.5 mile run. Great job by Rosie and Gypsie for 12.5 miles. Could not have been easy. Walking crew hit the normal path in hopes of picking up the pace and getting loose after Marmaduke’s ground and pound at Dog Pile. Conversation was all over the board as usual, but Aisle 5 was motivational today and kept up going! Thanks buddy.

YHC was told recently that OTB was a running AO. Funny thing about that is runners need to actually show up to make it a running AO. So walking counts! 4.38 miles in just over an hour. Well done fellas and enjoyed the conversations. Great way to end a week of brutal workouts.

YHC and Aisle 5 continue to enjoy our solo Sunday’s. While we LOVE each others conversation topics, we would be open to other topics. LOL One of today’s was how a gear was made. Aisle 5 is an incredibly smart dude. I learned so much! Good stuff dude! We got 4.5 miles in! Same path as prior week.

YHC & Aisle 5 showed up to Off the Books to see we were the only ones willing to break the fartsack and attack the day! We decided ont he path and off we went. At one point the conversation was so deep, we really did not care what time we returned to the flag! I mean since noone else showed up……………. It was GREAT catching up with Aisle 5 and the coffee even tastes better when he is around!

6 Gents hit the streets of Salisbury for a run/ruck combo! 4 plus miles were gained and mumblechatter was great! Coffee after was even better! Duke

5 Gents and a dog hit the streets of Midlo on Sunday and crossed paths at a safe distance. Rosie is rumored to have hit 13 miles, Gumbo knocked out 10 plus, followed up by Hitchhiker and Honeymoons 7.5 miles. Duke got 4.5. Strong work gents, love seeing things getting back to normal slowly!

Three men and a dog woke and tackled the day! YHC & Aisle 5 started up Satan’s Hill to meet Punxsutawney and Cloey to walk the cul de sack tour. No runner were present. Hope everyones livers are ok. Aisle 5 has a VERY specific desire when it comes to looking at a new home. Ranch style with a WALK OUT basement. Few weeks back he saw a lot in NM that might suit his desire. Apparently his M is ALL on board! Today’s conversations were primarilay around reviewing everyones home and if they had a walkout basement! Our apologies…
