4 total for OTB Sunday as Pink was in the air “Pink Power Triathlon” Out we went for 6 miles give or take as we made sure we got in before the Triathlon kicked off at 7am.  Chosen route was the normal loop though the mines and down Midlow as we all agreed the air was a little thick.  I hope BRR weather is nice and cool so we can all get 15 secs or so off our times! COT, Name-a-rama, Number-rama Good work by all and it was nice to see the numbers growing as BRR is right around…

Good morning F3 RVA! Wilson has returned from a very lazy and relaxing vacation and is ready to put down the Col Beer and start the BRR training. While the New Market Crew was discussing the plans for the South Side expansion – exploration has begun to find the perfect AO! Honeymoon wanted to know who was joining him for the Off the Books run. Ocho had planned a ride with another buddy and Sparky, Tatu & Marmaduke clearly said they were out. Then he looked at me………..Yeah I’m in (Skinny Pirates were talking) and we had a plan. Wilson…

YHC didn’t look at the Q sheet, just assumed a few SOJ folks would be at AO. Hot potato Q for one it was. Couldn’t pass up the chance to run in 60 degree weather after the past month. The thang: Perform the Rosie route again, add in Midlothian Elementary School to complete a drive-by of all three Midlothian schools for the full 6 miles. Moleskin – no words were said during this workout or post, it would seem weird wouldn’t it? See you folks in the gloom!

Hot and muggy plus some overnight storms that made it somehow more humid, was the overall sentiment of the day.  2 PAX got the full 6ish miles, a LIFO got a few miles of his own and a Starsky with 2.0.  YHC thought he was going to be running alone a few minutes before 6 but saw a car circling what is possibly the most confusing parking lot in RVA.  Though a screen of shrubs Wedding Singer appeared and with a slow mosey out of the parking lot looking for LIFOs we hit the pavement. A solid 6ish miles for…

4 strong for the first OTB WO. As we set out for an hour run who knew what we would end up with?  Good part was the humidity dropped and we tracked in around 7.1 miles making for a nice start to this Sunday.  Hills are not the main focus on this AO as we all need to prep for the distance and time on our feet for BRR as it coming soon I hear………. COT, Name-a-rama, Number-rama Good stuff and nice work by all that showed up for the official “OTB” Sunday run.  Hint those that showed up……”WILSON” not…
