YHC chose this work out to celebrate the life of Neil Peart of Rush who died last January 7, 2020 and it is still hard to believe he is gone. Great morning for the morning beat down. Ran behind Atlee to the basketball court for a short COP which included Helicopters, Don Quixote, and slow scoporians. Finished up with COP and ran over to the middle school workout area and did the follow: 3 burpees, 3 pushups, 3 get ups, 3 pull ups, 3 toes to bars. Repeat 15 times.
