Short COP (to let Mr. Holland catch up) – SSH, DQ, Arm Circles

The Murph – 1 mile run down the Atlee service road to the pull up bar next to the gravel track.

10 Rounds (or AMRAP) of the following:

• 10 Pull Ups
• 20 Merkins
• 30 Squats

Mile run back to the SF

Numberrama, Namerama, Announcements, YHC took us out
