Snow was coming down on Weds so normal trail run was moved to Thursday. 1 Idiot posted and did 8.5 miles, some on the trails some on the roads. TYA Out

2 warriors posted for a hill run, launching from the pump house. The Thang: Buttermilk to T. Pottersfield to North Bank NMM:  Weather turned and the outside temp was perfect for a run.  The negative on the higher temps was that all the snow and ice melted leaving the trails pretty difficult. Probably shouldn’t have run on the trails today…but once we were in, we were committed. The first 5.5 miles were awesome despite the sloppy trails.  We had a good pace and kept the pace hight.  Once the sun set and Swirly’s IT band tightened up, the pace slowed…

TYA posted on a cold Wed for a solo trail run.  7 miles put in. TYA OUT

2 of the pax braved the cold wind and hit the trails for the Wed Hill Run. It was a great 7 mile  run. TYA  is still crushing the trails even directly after the 100k – well done dude – enjoyed it ! Y’all come on out – but please check to make sure it’s either @ the trails or Hillcrest ! See y’all in the gloom..

We had two runners  for a beautiful early evening run on the trails – TYA and Swirly . Route : North to South – 7 miles = boom! Great job TYA – see y’all  in the gloom for a TYA Thanksgiving Beatdown ….. Happy Thanksgiving !

3 duded posted for the Wed night Trail run and here is how it went down. Run north to south loop – 7.3 miles . EF Hutton forgot his bandanna but he brought his head light – Shakedown had a sock malfunction but by 5:03PM we hit the trail. 1hr 17min later we were done = boom! It was a beautiful night – great to have Shakedown and Hutton out there – you guys are going to crush Bear Creek ! Missed TYA out there but he got his miles in early that morning… Great run guys way to push…

This evenings run will be @ 5:30 @ the pump house – 7 mile trail loop!

3 strong posted for a nice trail run Wed night and here is how it went down. Northbank – buttermilk – 7 miles = Boom ! Before last week YHC had run a total of 17 miles on trails his whole life. Within the last 7 days YHC has recorded 34 miles of trails and looking to get another 30 on Saturday. YHC has never really eased in to anything –  if I do it I’m going all in baby full throttle ! Great job TYA and Olivander . TYA was rolling – freaken trailblazer baby – nice to have…

2 pax attacked the James River  trails for the Wed Hill Run . 7 miles of trails beautiful afternoon and scenery 🙂  – great fellowship – made it back before dark – Boom ! Come on out for Wed evening runs dudes…….
