Four fearless flyers formed up for a mosey around the west end. Four milers familiarized and found their way around Raintree. Five milers tackled the smallish but magically timed hills in deep run park and on Brookmont in Crown Grant. NMS. Apparently the return of DTH at the Forge was a hit. The pax loves some burpees. Like other things uniquely / quirky Richmond like an airplane tail sticking out of a gas station, etc. I’m has a covered bridge that belongs in Vermont. It’s a fun sight to see. Prayers for brother Profit who was in a bad accident…

4 Goliaths gathered for a gallop to Gayton ES on a great morning. NMS The actual 5 mile route was a little more sporting: Instead of going to Gayton, YHC decided to recon for a spider trail to get to Church Rd from Laclede or over to Copperas – we ended up back on Ridgefield for a 5.5 total route. Bodo’s would have liked the suspense and drama and this is a reminder that he should come out. The only wildlife to report is one bunny and 2 deer.

4 Playboys emerged from the warmth (and dryness) of the Fartsack to get lost in the West End. YHC didn’t pay attention when running with Gomer so we started the correct route and YHC promptly took a wrong turn, but it was all good!!!! We did our thing, ran through Raintree to Gayton and into Canterbury neighborhood and around to Pump, Pump back to Godwin and a loop around the school and a few loops around the Bus Loop. We posted 4.5 miles in the rain. Announcements: Region Specific non-Convergence for The Murph. Also, YHC’s oldest son Tripp (aka Moss)…

Today was a light day as YHC and Lighthouse met up for a easy jog and stretching to overcome recent injuries. Bodos missed out on a obstacle as we jumped the gate to the Tuckahoe LL complex. Here’s to getting stronger. Get some.
