YHC showed up early to get some laps in on the hills of Hillcrest, and was joined by TYA and Circle K after the first loop. Second and third loops were short and the third was a medium loop. YHC departed and the duo performed another loop of some sort. Beautiful day for a run. Great job gents, enjoyed the chatter. Circle way to cruise buddy.

3 took advantage of cool and cloudy weather and tackled a Wednesday evening run. Differing routes ranging from 4 and 5 miles. GMILFs were complimentary of those who were shirtless (we knew it was all directed at Swirly…) Saab abides

4 Studs posted @ Roller Coaster and here is how it went down. Swiper : a whole bunch of short loops = shorties ! TYA : short loops = shorties ! BT : back in action baby – dude ran a little walked a little – great to see you back. Easy does it buddy… Swirly : Windsor Farms 4 miler. Great run guys – enjoyed the fellowship afterwords – see y’all in the gloom !

3 arrived at the top of Hillcrest for some evening miles. Route was a repeat from last week taking us through Hillcrest, Windsor Farms, around Mary Munford, down Grove and back to Hillcrest. NMS: Upon arriving back at the top of Hillcrest, Swirly mentions he was going to keep running to get a full 4 miles. YHC comments that we just completed 4.02 miles. This was confirmed with TYA’s watch. Swirly may need a new Garmin, as YHC literally followed Swirly the entire route and his watch indicated 3.57 miles. A quick root cause analysis may have identified the issue,…

Circle K – TYA – Swirly – ran a new route for roller coaster which was a mixture of RAMM/Friday run and roller coaster – yep we ran by Kubota’s hole – 4 miles …. What a beautiful night for a run – wow – so nice to be able to breath !! Great job guys – enjoyed the route and looking forward to running it again soon. See y’all in the gloom…

5 strong posted for Roller Coaster this evening and here is how it went down… Husky and Kubota – 1 shorty loop TYA – 1 long loop – 1 short loop Circle K – 1 long loop – 1 medium loop Swirly – 1 long loop – 1 medium loop – 1 shorty loop Well done guys ! Especially coming off BRR – strong work! Nice to see TYA’s doggie Bagel – great to have Circle K back out with us on a Wednesday night – always a pleasure to see Husky and Kubota. It was surprisingly warmer than expected…

15 hit Roller Coaster Wednesday evening – 6 ran some short loops on Hillcrest before the BRR meeting and the rest of the pax filtered in… Short loops are tough – not much recovery time and it was crazy humid out there last night. Great job to all the runners.. Big thanks to TYA for his hospitality last night. Cold beers and Waters along with Watermelon and chips and salsa all topped off with BRR info! It was an excellent night – the BRR Team is ready – we are one week out boys – looking forward to taking the…

Some came from the north, others from the south, and some from around the block. Early, on time, and after 6….we had them all. Distances and routes varied across all extremes. One thing in common was the fist pump as the Pax crossed paths interweaving all that Roller Coaster has to offer. The hills were mighty, the humidity high, and the spirit unbreakable. There was rumor of New Market’s measure of success in evading Labrat at all times on the run. Labrat most certainly will not be apologizing. YHC brought his other 2.0 to her first F3 workout. She worked…

3 determined runners posted somewhere near launch time for a hot run. Everyone went on different jaunts, Lug put in 8.5 miles, Swirly 5.5 and TYA 4.5. Saab stopped by on his way home for a little 2nd F post run. Ok, so if anyone reads this post and are signed up for the summer tour, I might make them mad. I know a ton of people are on a quest to hit all the AO’s during the summer months. YHC is completely supportive of this quest and loves the opportunity to reconnect with PAX the are not typically at…
