4 men gathered for this weeks Tomato Run/Tomato Ruck YHC and Mr. Holland went for a run. Good conversations about the art of various shapes and sizes, as well as never passing on rare opportunities when they present themselves. Corned Beef and Yardsale our voluminous and voluptuous brothers went for a Ruck. Announcements – Corned Beef said a 2nd F is coming up soon at PBR in Mechanicsville, but no date was given. A group of 9 including a down ranger from western VA + two four legged friend, enjoyed spring like weather for a Thursday edition of running/rucking in DaVille 2 Ruckers and their four legged friend, got their 5 am start and circled back to pick up our down ranger from Roanoke. They then took Puffs on a tour around Rutland/Atlee HS. Runners and their four legged friend completed a traditional loop around Rutland and the full trail of Cool Spring Forest plus added some extra loops here and there to get in 4 to 5 miles. 3 ruckers and 2 runners braved this morning. The ruckers started at 5am and got in 3.5 miles. The runners started at 5:30am and did the Bojangles loop and Cool Spring loop to get in 4 miles and change. Numbers, names, No Idea took us out.Great job gents.

4 runners and 4 Ruckers help YHC celebrate 39 years! runners route – very traditional, Rutland route with cool spring trail and a shorten Bojangles loop for YHC to get in exactly 3.9. 4 Runners and 2 Ruckers enjoy a cooler Thursday morning in Rutland. Runners Route – Head down Combs to the Villas at Rutland before turning onto to crestfield. We then took the reverse loop of Rutland but taking the trail cut through to Rutlandshire. Mile two include a loop around the library and PBR before heading over to Kroger. Mile 3 include a loop around Kroger and Rutland Center. Mile 4 varied a little but began with a loop around Rutland townhouses and either finished with a run back up Rtualndshire or a loop around Combs. Ruckers got their 5…

3 running public school teachers and 3 rucking non-public school teachers posted on this perfect Thursday morning for the Tomato Run/Ruck. This is what occurred. The Routes Runners – About 4.9 minutes doing the Bojangles loop, run through Rutland, Knollwood, and then the modified Bojangles loop. Ruckers – About 4 minutes through various locations. COT – Numberarama, Name-O-Rama, Announcements, Opus took us out. NMS Weather was close to perfect this morning. The route decisions were shared this morning. 6 Davillians brave the winter like temp north of the wall to get some mid week miles 5am Ruckers did their thing 4 Runners heading out on a traditional route around Rutland, Knollwood, and Cool Spring Forest Trail. 2 Runners go in the full run for 4.5+ miles while YHC and Opus turning around before Knollwood for 2.25 run follow by a walk/run around the Bojangles loop for another mile and quarter. Felt like winter with temps around 30 this AM SPIT ON THAT!!

5 Runners and 2 Ruckers enjoy some warmer weather to get some miles. YHC recovering from being sick early in the week join Corned Beef for the ruck. We head to Cool Spring Rd before cutting onto Old Cool Spring for lap around then Bojangles loop for 2.5 miles Runners – YHC sent out the route for the Kroger loop. Speakeasy lead the way and the PAX got 4 to 5 miles in Great to Handshake out two weeks in row with us SPIT ON THAT!!

4 runners and a four legged one plus 2 Ruckers hit the street of Atlee for another tomato morning Runners headed out to Atlee station and ran around the new asst. living facility, under the flyover tunnel follow by the trail loop in Cool Spring East and finished with the Rutland loop for 4 miles Ruckers got their 5 am start, stop by the AO at 5:30 in case of any late Ruckers and did their thing Enjoyed having Handshake join us!

4 Runners and 1 Rucker came out on one of the last days of “summer” for some running and rucking Route – Head out to Atlee Station and cut over to the new Asst. Living parking lot then through the tunnel for the fly over. Head down Cool Spring Road to Cool Spring Forest trail and finish with a reverse Rutland loop for 4ish miles. YHC did the route for a 20 min run and 20 min walk to get in 3.5+ miles Phonics add the Bojangles loop to get closer to 5 miles Mustang was our lone rucker and…
