YHC and House Party wrapped up the SOJ takeover week with a smooth run through the paved nature trail. Talked about his plans for an upcoming VQ – should be epic! Great catching up and getting ready for the Rock N Roll beatdown.

2 Staples of Morning Wood ran the paved trail loop. Start at basketball court then run the perimeter of park into the Nature Trail, take a Left and finish the loop BTTF. Mumble chatter included love of F3, excitement for leadership opportunities, and inspiring stories that PAX have shared lately. 

It was perfect running weather today. We finished the nature trail and headed back up the gravel road. Enjoyed getting to know House Party and hearing his perspective on the group.

YHC, Florence, and a young whipper snapper enjoyed some peaceful miles before TryHard’s brutal beatdown. We did the full nature trail; and a good time was had by all.

Dos amigos corrieron por el sendero circular pavimentado en Rockwood Park. Mumble chatter ranged from family to faith to fitness to morality. YHC ran a slower pace after being hung over from the Bert workout yesterday. As always, we recruited the men walking the park as we ran. Logged a little over 2 miles before Doozy’s beatdown in the heat of the sun.

Three Amigos explored new dirt trails on the sides of Rockwood Park. Juanita was glowing about how much he loves his name.

2 early risers enjoyed the great weather and scenic running trails of Morning Wood. We started on the normal paved nature loop and took the trail down to the lake. Passed by House Party on his way to the workout. It was a peaceful warm-up before Florence’s brutal Rock N Roll beatdown.

2 Amigos went running through the woods on the dirt trail today. With it being lighter out, it made sense. Got to go down by the water and creeks. Covered a little over 2.5 miles. Thanks for joining Juanita and feel better Chaplain!

3 HIM got their Morning Wood run in today before Chaplain’s beatdown. We did the reverse of the usual paved nature trail loop. Mumble chatter included OC’s doctor being a straight shooter, COVID lockdowns causing weight gain, and past running history in various races. Good luck to Rosetta, Boberry, Don Draper and Tobit running in Roanoke today.

YHC normally goes at an easy pace for Morning Wood but he quickly realized Shiplap is fast and is setting the pace today. Did the usual paved nature trail run. Chaplain showed up late and tried to catch us but there was no way that was happening with Shiplap’s pace. Thanks for joining today brothers. Enjoyed it
