  • Run for 1 minute away from start, then run back
  • Reapeat above x4

  • 20 right arm Nolan Ryans with a coupon
  • 20 left arm Nolan Ryans with a coupon

Title of backblast comes from a discussions of different regions of F3. YHC posted virtually in Kentucky and they had a different moniker for Alabama Prom Dates, they called them “Saturday Nights”. #youagainstyou #noOYO. Offshore said he once posted in Atlanta and during Mary called out Alabama Prom Dates, and didn’t get called on again……. YHC wonders what they call an Alabama Prom Date in Alabama?

    4×20 exercises a reference to the 4-20 holiday today. Enjoyed it this morning. Props to Offshore for starting this whole digital/virtual thing. Its been fun, and great way to post for people like YHC who don’t feel comfortable posting in person right now. Hope to see you all out in gloom Wednesday or next Monday!
