NMS:

First off, hats off to the extra credit boys, runners and ruckers, strong work! Secondly the title comes from the Ruck crew this morning. I’ll leave it as some under garments were found during the walk. As many said how disgusting it was, our wise elder who will not be named quoted, “Its not about what they are now, “Its all about the Vessel they came from”. Moving on…

Strong work by all today, YHC is always impressed to see the not only the numbers of PAX that continue to show up day in and day out, but the support that is offered to one another is amazing. To have the support of someone you may only see once a week at the crack of dawn is a brotherhood that we are all blessed to have. Even if one of them wears a Duke shirt!! Prayers for GreenBow and his family, nothing but well wishes for you and your wife as you bring another one of gods children into this world!!

As always it is an honor to lead this fine group of men I appreciate the PAX in letting me do so, my life is better with you all in it! Hug your loved ones, and be a beacon of light boys!! See you in the Gloom!

  1. That’s was an Intense Q Marmaduke! Thanks for getting this morning started off right.

Had fun partnering with Toabit at Rusty Cage and Helix/Don Draper during the Triple Check.

The Ruck Crew was fun as always!

    Have a great weekend fellas!

  2. Duke – love your Q’s! This one was especially special! What a great group of guys to be a part of. Green bow – you family is in our prayers to not only feel better but deliver a healthy #3! See ya fellas in the gloom. And yes, in today’s case, thinking of the vessel was way more interesting than anything else.

  3. Great Q, Marmaduke and great work to all! Nice partnering up with pax I have never had a chance to partner with before (Recall, Opus, Emoji). The numbers that Dogpile is having these days is awesome!! Thanks to Hardywood for being a good citizen before he arrived this morning. Also, great Breakfast Club Run with Swirly, Don Draper, DTH, Gumbo and Flatline! Prayers up to you and family, Greenbow. Have a great weekend all!

  4. The 5 sets at the Rusty Cage was brutal. Thanks to Sugar Sock for pushing me on that. The thong on the sidewalk another reason to come out for extra credit. Who knows what fun stuff we’ll find hiking the city for the Growruck.

  5. Thanks for the prayers guys. Wife was already feeling better this morning when I arrived home from ETs. Amazing what your prayers + 24 hours without 2.1 and 2.2 can do!

Grateful for all of you. Thanks Marmaduke for Q, all who ran back to ET, and DTH for ride back to Byrd Park to my truck. The run was a blast. Might have to do that both ways next weekend.

We should ask for the group to pray for us as individuals more often! Powerful.

Will let you guys know when boy 3 arrives! Until then, SYITG

  6. Great to be able to post to Dogpile this morning and get my first taste of the Breakfast Club. Always a great start to the weekend and much needed.

Marmaduke – that was a smoker. COP in the Amphitheater is always awesome and this morning it was even better. My shoulders and forearms were done after the Rusty Cage.

Great partnering with Upchuck on the Rusty Cage set and Hardywood, Tobit and Shakedown on the triple check. Way to work men!

Greenbow – lots of prayers for some relief for your wife and a smooth eviction for #3!!

  7. Sounds like a heck of a beatdown. Sorry I had to miss it as my wife is out of town and I got the kids all weekend.

  8. Marmaduke, you sexy f$&k! I can still move my arms, but that will end soon. I fee like the Tin Man getting less and less flexible by the hour.

Great partnering with Gumbo on the arm and chest marathon. Glad you escaped unharmed. Nice to catch up with Recall and Honeymoon on the Triple.

ET’s was special. This group brings it every week.

  9. Outstanding Q Marmaduke! I was smoked half way through the cage session. Thanks for the push honeymoon! ETs, where do I even start. If Saab offers to provide any insight into pest control please check with an animal control professional first.

  10. Great Q Duke! Absolutely LOVED the booming cadence of our COP in the amphitheater. And whatta PAX! It’s hard to believe DRTF is even possible with the kind of high-quality brotherhood RVA F3 continues to bring out every morning. As always, appreciated partnering up with Handshake who pushes me to be stronger and faster every day.

  11. Great Q, Duke. Another vote for COP in the amphitheater – had not experienced that before. The 5 rounds of a thousand pullups/jerkins (rounding up) were tough. Nice to err.. rest.. by running and doing boo-yak Merkins. Way to push through that, Honeydo.
