Really enjoyed the workout, gents. I spoke to that jogger after everyone left and invited him to join us…he’s 66 years old and said he didn’t think he could keep up. I challenged him to give it a try next week!

I really enjoyed my first Ultimate posting of the year – always great fun! Always good to have an underdog win as well!
