It was great to get a chance to Q again at what I consider my home post. Due to work scheduling around my daughter, it isn’t possible for me to workout on Tuesdays. Hope to get a Saturday off one of the weekends, and get some sweat and pain in at Rock n’ Roll, also. Miss you guys.
