2 SOJ Broga regulars were greeted by 2 Tuckahoan Brogiis on this Broga takeover attempt. Collars popped so lets get into it. Areas of emphasis included shoulders, quads, hammys, back, hips and grundle areas. Upchuck enjoyed the implementation of the stretchy bands to work out the legs.
