Two gloom warriors shed the fartsack this morning to run by (sort of) the river – here’s how it went:
4 mile Reverse Tarrington: up Twin Team, along Old Powderham, across Robious to Tarrington entrance, along Ashwell and the Ashwell Loop, right on Sherford and BTTF for some Old Man Stretches.
Numbers, names, YHC took us out.

Way to go guys, I’m glad Boberry was there to keep you company Doublemint. Parker had a great VQ at Satans Hill this morning and I wanted to be a part of that. I will hit the road with you again next week. FYI for you and Boberry, Nancy has a 5k going on if you’re interested
