A Great Eight inexplicably gathered on a sunny and 70 degree morning, which felt more like 35 and icy rain. After jumping out of the cars at 5:29, the pax quickly checked in and moseyed up Lindsay, left on Forest, down to the office building next to the Mobil station. We managed to find sheltered space under the covered lot, and after some COP, YHC whipped out a makeshift whiteboard for some ground and pound.

10 Diamond Merkins

When finished, we cut the exercises in half and worked our way back up the ladder.

Ended with some ab exercises, wall sits, and chicken peckers.

Moseyed back to the TES lot, now with ice driving on our heads, and after a rapid namerama and numberama, YHC took us out. Everyone back in the cars by 6:17.

NMS: This was one of those mornings I would have likely fartsacked were I not the Q. Amazing to see 7 other guys show up on a morning like this. These crazy people are what makes this group so great. Handshake wore leggings for the first time in a looooong time, and he was actually disappointed that we stayed under cover. He was hoping to put those double layers to good use. Garbage Plate wins the award for toughest dude for running to and from the AO from his house.

    I think I’m definitely the only one who was disappointed I didn’t get to suffer in the rain. I was all dressed up for no reason.
