Time to shake off the Iron PAX challenge and throw around some KBs. Today was arm day at Circus Maximus, and 3 noble warriors set a quick, solid pace to finish this workout. Here is how it went down:

- Deck of death – each card is 12 reps, with the suite determining the exercise
- Hearts – curls
- Diamonds – high pulls
- Clubs – Overhead/shoulder press
- Spades – Sit ‘n press/Louganis
- Joker – burpees
- COT with YHC taking us
