Not the VQ

So it was not the PeeDee VQ but as the PAX arrived no one was on the Q sheet. Hot Potato it was but PeeDee led the whole thing? YHC is confused accessing this situation. Nonetheless PeeDee did promise to VQ prior to his move to Raleigh. Clock struck 530 and we were off for a Mosey.

COP SSH’s, DQ’s Cherry pickers, dead man hang, merkins, LBC’s, etc.

Mosey to track for 4 X4 Corners. 10 merkins, 20 WWII’s, 30 plank jacks, 40 jump squats on corners.

Mosey to bleachers 6×8 step ups on bleacher while partner completed American hammers, switching after each set of 8.

Mosey to front of school for hill run with around the clock merkins at the top. Completed this 4 times with 20 merkins in each round. Mosey BTTF and after a 1 minute plank time was called.

Prayers: For YHC’s Mom and cancer test next week. Also to Honeymoon’s dad on chemo and good health.
