Mosey to Boat Lake- pair off, groups 2 pairs are one team – each pair starts in opposite direction around lake. Staggered start locations. With that complicated set up out of the way: At each lamp, clockwise Vup x20, counter clockwise Monkey Humper x20. 20 dips at each park bench. Swap exercises when meeting your team.
