Ten of my brothers posted at 45 MOM to help search for why. We all have a why, and today we all went in search of it.
COT – 1: Eighteen years ago today, a law school classmate of mine went on a campus shooting spree. It was a day none of us who were there will ever forgot. We lost dear friends. We lost family. We senselessly lost people close to us. We may never know why, but we’ll never forget those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for all of us. Today, we honored them the only way we in F3 know how.
Silent Mile: We all face our own questions of why. We all have life moments that don’t make any sense. Let the silent lap around MM provide a chance to think. To search. To pray. To run in silence in search of your why.
The Hard Way: Circle K created the Hard Way to honor his father’s life on earth. I was honored to borrow the program for today. It’s the best way to lift up Angela Dales, Tom Blackwell and Tony Sutin.

Today was the perfect day to honor those who lost their lives senselessly in 2002. I really appreciated y’all being there with me today. The shared spirit among us this morning was strong, and much needed. I could not think of a better group of men to start my day with, especially on this day. Embrace the moment, brothers.
I missed this last year. Nothing was stopping me from missing it this year! Thank you for surviving that day, Vinny!

Keep telling your story of rising from the ashes brother – it’s true – it’s real – it’s powerful – and it honors those who lost their lives in this tragedy.
