Every time a runner completes a lap, each PAX member doing exercises does 15 Partner Leg Tosses as the next runner begins

After 3rd round, Plank, Mosey to gather remaining PAX
Mosey towards the Flag, Mouse asked for more running so we continued to Mosey towards the street. Halt, 3 Burpees OYO, Back to the Flag.
Numberama, Namerama, Honeymoon took us out.

Nice Q Marmaduke. Posh, Fresh Prince excellent work. The thing is, Fresh Prince just makes it seem so effortless. Way to kick ass! It has been a long time since I posted at No Toll. It has been a crazy year with a cherry on top (Crazy Summer) but my tank is full seeing the PAX at No Toll and working out on the most perfect fields in RVA. Get it all out and be super.
