- Mosey to the jerkin gym for 3x 7 jerkins
- Mosey to the bathroom walls for wall sit
- COT with YHC taking us out

The field was moist and freshly cut, so the PAX was covered in shavings and sweat. It was a glorious start to the Labor Day weekend.
