5 for a beautiful morning with some high humidity! 2 runners for 6 miles 1 runner for 5 miles 2 walkers for 4 miles Good to have 1 from the summer tour, thanks Phonics for coming out and pushing me! Marmaduke strong work man getting 5 miles in this heat!! BRR ready, watch out! Always great coffee after or at least great 2nd F as Wilson is not a fan of the coffee.

    The walk was tough today. Enjoyed it! Great to see Phonics got his passport updated and came to SOJ. Good job by the runners. It was fairly warm.
