What time is it?

It was YHC’s VQ at The Creek and of course I forgot to wear a watch. No problem, as usual the PAX is there to help.

  • Notes:
    • YHC is not very creative, I like to keep my workouts simple (ground ‘n pound).
    • It was great to see brothers from other AOs (Rosie and Offshore from SOJ absolutely crushed the workout today). Just remember Daville can only count up to 10.
    • Welcome to Pyro for visiting us all the way from Jacksonville, FL. You are always welcome back. Goes to show there is always an AO where ever you go. No Excuses!!!

  1. Well done Bulkhead, simple is usually the most effective when it come to workouts. Enjoyed getting up there to the Creek to try to give lessons on counting above 10. Good coffeteria afterward with Pyro, Opus and Offshore.

  2. Great workout Bulkhead! Did the trick. A treat to have Pyro drop in from Jacksonville, FL while visiting the vacation capital of the world: Mechanicsville! Really great to have Rosie and Offshore bless us. Those poor guys were so far behind the PAX loop, it almost looked like they were way out ahead of everyone. Strange! They don’t know how to count either, they were inventing numbers after 10 ending in “teen”.

  3. Last time I was at The Creek, I think there was an Abacus to keep count. It was great to see everyone this morning. Great Q, Bulkhead.
