Naked Mole Skin: Hardywood, glad to see you back in The Gloom. You have been missed. Grady, great to see you again in RVA from Raleigh. So, there was really not a lot of coaching, but hold one’s own body weight for an extended period will crush your shoulders and arms. Upchuck, thank you for the support on 6 pack. Swirly, glad things are on the mend with your M and family. Dr. Tryhard, Flipper’s work is outstanding for IT bands! It seems coffee in The Gloom is catching on!
YHC wanted to honor all those wearing a uniform so a few more minutes were taken today. This weekend, take a minute and remember those in uniform and all those that paid the ultimate to allow us the freedom to work out at 0530!
Only those who post understand. Thank you for following this morning.
Loud and Proud,
Flatline

Yeah baby! It was so very good to be back. I woke up a little after 2am, I was so excited. Which should also make the rest of the day really fun.
Most importantly, HAPPY BIRTHDAY FLATLINE! Talk about a reason for the season. Way to lead and I hope your birthday is an absolutely epic one. Thanks for helping me to dig a little and get it all out.
Happy Birthday Flatline !
Welcome back Hardywood!
See y’all in the gloom..
Happy 43, Flatty. Well done today. I’m still working on pull-ups, but boy is it nice to be able to make 3 in a row happen (if this sounds like nothing to some guys, this is like the Redskins being good again…never thought I’d get there). And, thank you for the push on the last few.
DTH is the best motivator I have ever seen for the male flexed arm hang.
