Mossy to the main playground = 1mile
10 rounds of the below with each round consisting of the following exercises.
• 10 pullups
• 20 Merkins
• 30 squats
After we completed the 10 rounds we headed back to the parking lot = 1 mile

Two Murph’s in one month, great Q Honeymoon.
Awesome morning today PAX. Great addition to have Nancy Lopez’s smooth sounding voice encouraging us through the last rounds of Murph. I’d love to have that with me throughout the day whenever I feel sad or have doubt. Definite pick me up.
The MURPH is brutal but with round 7 in Nancy’s court……it’s all good!
I had heard about the Murph, but never done it. It was tough, and that last mile was hard, but thanks for not leaving me behind! Always good to be out there in the gloom with you guys.
