Handshake Q: Mosey from the beach for GTL at the rusty cage. 5 pull-ups / 10 dips / 15 WWIIs x 5.

EF Hutton Q: Mosey to the board walk for memories of Spring Break 1997. Pauly Shore – Jenny McCarthy’s AKA dying cockroach hand taps – 25 each x 3. Body By Jake doesn’t happen on its own. Monkey humpers in cadence … In Living Color.

BT Q: Mosey to the mosh pit (amphitheater) for ascending squats. Downtown Julie Brown style. Ascending curb crawls – to 5 – boot and rally style.
