Great morning for some miles mixed with some pain stops…Mega Beast time…BINGO! Rosie broke this out a few weeks back at Twin Team and it is a crowd pleaser for sure.
Great job by everyone! Way to push the entire time. Great to have Flashdance back out at Timberwolf (thanks for the post-beatdown shoulder work – much appreciated) and great to have Beaker back out for the Spring season. Looking forward to the resurrection of the Emerging Nano Region of New Market!
Have a great Thursday gents.

Miles and Pain…great job guys. See you in the gloom.
Gumbo – I still am struggling to use my legs. That was tough. Very close to a Wilson nightmare workout! However, it was nice to run with Flash Dance & Beaker today! The rest of you were WAY too fast, but it was great to see! Well done. #runningsucks
Way to push through. Bet it would be a Styx-approved workout though.
Yeah – she would have likely crushed it!!!
2 clap BOOM!! that was a hell of a beast. I hope your shoulder is doing better.
FYI Rosie only passed me once that was a big win for me today.
